topic Leaving EE for broadband + TV, but wanting to keep our phone contract in Contracts & Billing

Hello team,

Our broadband and TV contract ends in December. We also have a separate, ongoing mobile contract which we will definitely want to keep active and not leave you for. I received a rather negative letter from you last week, telling me that if I'm leaving EE for TV+broadband, this also means that I'll lose my mobile number and I'll have to make other arragements? Why is this? My phone contract is entirely separate to my TV/Broadband contract and has nothing to do with it. It felt like you wanted to punish me in some way for leaving? What's going on and please confirm that I can keep my phone contract and mobile number, even though I'm planning to leave you for TV/Broadband please.

Your BB contract & your mobile contracts are separate, independent of each other & are billed separately, You should be able to cancel 1 w/out the other. You need to enquire of CS why you were sent such a misleading letter.
