Hi, i have got a text saying my bill is due on the 12th however, when i went to pay it, it says its already been paid yet i havent paid any of it, what is going on please anyone can help?

What exactly did this text say? Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

Hi, yes im sure it wasnt a scam, it came from 150 it said:

Hi from EE. Your mobile bill payment is due by 12/09/2026. You can view your bill or make a payment at ee.co.uk/bill or reply BILL to this message. Please visit ee.co.uk/billing for information on understanding your bill. Thanks.

Yet when i went to account, it said its been paid

@Confusedhead , have you set up a direct debit? If so, there is no need to pay, as it will get automatically taken, that is just letting you know when your bill is due and you can then check your bill to make sure it is correct if you so wish.

No i have not set up a direct debit, so i do not know why it says bill paid still

Welcome to the Community, @Confusedhead

If you don't have a direct debit in place, it may also be showing paid if a previous credit has been sufficient to cover the entirety of this month's charges.

So you can be 100% sure though, I'd recommend giving our team a call and they can give this a check at our end.
