@PW47 This isn’t customer support no one here knows who you are and there is no account access from here.

Have you looked at your EE account to make sure that everything is correct on there ?

if you need to speak with customer support you need to call.

I appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially as you've already spoken to someone about getting your name corrected.

We don't have access to customer accounts here on the community, so this will need to be checked by our customer support team. They can look into why the incorrect name is still appearing on your bills and make sure the correct details are recorded.
