Hello

we need a final balance (bill) for the mobile loan we had as we have left EE now. We need the bill to enable us to provide evidence on what is outstanding

Did you cancel your account and give 30 days notice? If you did not, then you would have to contact EE. Also, if you are wanting your final bill, it would have been sent to your address in the UK, so I would have to ask you to ring customer service or write to them by slow mail to receive the final bill:

@Suzy509 If you mean a flex pay for the remaining 12 month of a 36 month device contract you’ll need to speak with customer support if you can’t see this within the EE app.
