Paying final bill

Hello everyone

I moved to another country, and I'm unable to pay my final bill by direct debit, since there's no money left and I don't have an information on my uk account to send money in it , I can't change direct debit information before paying my final bill , and I'm unable to pay for my final bill online, I certainly don't want to fly to the UK just to visit ee branch. Is there any solution to my problem, if I want to pay from gpay or different country debit card? Thanks for ideas
