Thanks for getting back to us, @DPML.

If the download option isn't responding and you've not been able to access your bills since joining, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical support team so they can investigate this further.

I am unable to download bills on website and the app. I have seen that many people are having the same issue and the solution that EE give is to reach out to customer services? Given that you can only call them can anyone confirm if there is an actual solution? The fact EE charge £3 for a paper copy when you can't even get a paperless copy is just pathetic.

Morning @DPML

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Have you been able to download the bill previously? Do you get an error message when trying to download the bill?

Also, just to check, have you been in touch already and reported this to our tech guides to be looked into?

I've only joined EE last month for broadband and not been able to download any bill. I'm unsure how to reach out as going around in circles on website.

In fact, a small box appeared in the top right of the screen under the "down arrow" (download icon) that I hadn't noticed. It was asking if I wanted to open or save the document. It was so unobtrusive that I didn't notice it.

The box in Firefox was much more prominent.
