<title>topic Bill download failure in Contracts &amp; Billing</title>
    <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/Bill-download-failure/m-p/1636753#M111096</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to download bills on website and the app. I have seen that many people are having the same issue and the solution that EE give is to reach out to customer services? Given that you can only call them can anyone confirm if there is an actual solution? The fact EE charge £3 for a paper copy when you can't even get a paperless copy is just pathetic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
