No, you are within the contract term & you have passed the cooling-off period.

Hello there,

I have a hardly used MacBook Neo that I purchased through EE back in June, and of course I appreciate I am very much out of the returns window.

My question is, do I have any options of trading in with EE for an iPad or similar? The MacBook is far too complicated for what we need, however this is of course my error and I should have done more research before getting it.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
