It says nowt about any set-up. That is probably a refundable £50 security deposit possibly against roaming or you paying your bills regularly for 6 months. I am so confused as I order a sim only contract £12 per month. And now I have a letter saying I owe £62 as £50 is due now for set up. I haven’t had anything set up and I just received my SIM card in the post today. I haven’t even opened it yet.

can someone explain what this is?
