Changing to a different Debit Card for monthly mobile payments.

Lost my Debit Card and need to change Direct Debit payments screen to add new card info. The screen allows me to change certain fields to my old card but there seems to be no facility to delete the old card entirely and add my new card details. Help would be appreciated!

You can change your payment date or bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

EDIT: Oh, just realised! You don't set up a DD by your debit card details but by your bank details of sort code & a/c no. You sure you are on monthly contract & not on PAYG with a Direct Card Payment?
