CORRESPONDENCE ERROR

I am not an EE customer and have recently been receiving bill reminders threatening to send debt recovery agents to my property, the letters are for a Mr Liam ****, I have never heard of this person before. How do I stop receiving these letters? It is causing a lot of stress in my household.

I am sorry to hear you have been receiving letters for someone else which are causing you stress. Please get in touch with our team to report that you are recieving bills/letters meant for someone else to your address. Our team will take the correct action to flag the account in question to stop future letters.
