Website won’t let me pay my bill

I have been trying to pay my bill for ages, I am currently abroad and I want data when I am back in England but it is not working. It keeps sending me to a page where there is nothing and it keeps glitching.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble paying your bill online from abroad.

If you're currently connected to WIFI, could you try disconnecting, then select your mobile internet, then give it another try please?

@Moiramarchetti_ : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

This is a nightmare, can't pay ma bill either by phone or app

Are you able to make payment now using any of our available methods? Or via the link in the previous post? If not what is happening when you try?
