I’m away from the UK now. I got my account blocked and can’t pay because I see “we’re sorry to see you go” in the app (**bleep**?). I can’t call to EE. I can’t pay, cos they just don’t let me in the app, no such option.
1. how can I text or email customer service?

2. How can I pay for my account online if not from the app?

You can't! You need to call CS.
Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

@Borislepinskikh If you’re seeing “we’re sorry to see you go” then you have gave notice to terminate or you’re requested your PAC to port your number to a different network.
