I purchased a plan for month by month phone and data. I don’t want to continue using it as I have moved OS. I can find any way of managing the contract.
I can’t find an order number that is accepted, I can’t download the app .. it was denied Overseas and when I called the phone number I eventually found the automated service hung up on me. I’m in transit and have limited phone access until next week. Can anyone help with the correct phone number for o areas calls please?

To cancel your contract, you will need to contact our guides and give 30 days notice.

@Else12 : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term. They will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.
