cannot contact anyone in EE I am a 80 year old pensioner

I you see I have to survive of a small state pension and EE have been taking out once a month £56.35 and the never take out on the same date so i was short of funds for one day the have closed my account why. I have tried to communicate with EE with no luck. It is not fair I have been with them since 2016 and when my wife died in 2021 they closed the account as they said that I was than that had died what a mess. All i get on the phone is that they are no 25 top award. All I want is somewhere who will answer the problem

@wrdb : Which products do you have with EE?

Generally with all EE mobile & Broadband plans you will have the same billing date each month. You will then have, depending on which product, 7 (for mobile) to 14 days (for BB) to pay that bill. If you are paying by DD, as I presume you are, then that payment will be taken a fixed no. of days after the bill is posted but allowing for w/ends & Bank Hols, i.e. not non-banking days.
