Hi. I need my payment date changed to the 1st of the month. I’ve been charged today, My bank account has gone overdrawn as I don’t get paid until the 30th.

Are you paying by DD? If so. you can change your payment date or bank details in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

You will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers to do that though.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, you can change your payment date in our App right away.

Just one thing to be aware of - when you change your payment date, this will slightly amend how your bill looks for the next month or so.

Depending on when your current bills are generated, you may see one final payment come out on the previous payment date, along with a small partial bill on the new payment date to cover the difference between the old and new billing date.

This is only a one-off and you'll return to one bill per-month from there.
