topic Anytime upgrade confusion with Flex in Contracts & Billing

Looking to upgrade my phone which I can do for £0 as I'm in the latter part of my contract.

When I look at the upgrade options and price breakdown, it says Anytime Upgrade £0 - does that mean I have the anytime upgrade option added to my new contract, or is it simply just reconfirming I don't have to pay any upgrade fees?

The potential new contract I'm looking at is a Flex Plan (there are no original plans showing) on the All Rounder airtime plan, but I was under the impression you cannot upgrade early on a Flex Plan and that you have to pay off the airtime and device plan before you can upgrade? Can someone shed some clarity on this?

Thanks for coming back to the community.

You would need to pay any existing Flex Pay agreements before you could upgrade to a new device, full details can be found in our Flex Pay Explained help page.
