When will my internet be fixed?

Sadly the last two days my internet is no longer working in the house (HP12)

Please let me know when this issue is resolved ?

Welcome to the community,

We have no way of knowing what the problem is with your internet, this is not customer service and we have no account access here in this public forum.

You would have to contact customer service and get them to look into it for you.

You can also log into your account, click on help, scroll down and click on where it says connection issues and report it there.

@CAF260580 : What Internet? You can't use a mobile phone at home or your fixed Home BB isn't working?
