Systems are useless since transfer from BT

Every month, I get a "you haven't paid" letter OR get cut off and every month I'm reconnected immediateky when I prove that I paid on time. I want to find an efficient provider but have to pay over £200 to break my contract... the same contract EE breaches monthly!!

Not sure what you expect from this public community forum to do about it, as we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are.

I would suggest you speak to customer service and ask them to check why this is happening.

Do you have a direct debit set up? Is the money going from your bank account to pay for the monthly contract? No idea why you are having this problem if money is being paid every month, the only way is to speak to them or make a complaint here:
