      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had an email from EE telling me that my Visa card was out of date and to update my details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's correct I do have a new card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I update my details for my direct debit. I can't see how you do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't! Your DD is based on on your bank a/c details, not on your bank card's details. When you bank issues you with a new card your bank a/c doesn't change &amp;amp; so there is no need to change your DD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A bank a/c &amp;amp; DD are id'ed by Sort Code &amp;amp; 8-digit A/c no.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A bank card is id'ed by 16-digit Card no., Expiry date &amp;amp; Security code. Banks frequently reissue these.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
