      <title>EE Account &amp; Billing - Online access via PC ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been transferred from Plusnet so as to keep my landline phone service, and have received an e-mail from EE about my first bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I cannot download the EE App via my Google Account, and in any case would prefer to view this online via my PC (Win 11). &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I've tried to access the billing information via the EE web link, 'Manage Account' but without success:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"We can't load this right now&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;There's a problem getting the information to you. Please try again later"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several times since but cannot gain access to the bill which EE says it has raised. FYI My landline phone was cut off today (I have a mobile phone for emergencies but it's not EE or BT supplied so presumably a phone call to EE support will be chargeable ?).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's why it's asking you to "Link a Product"&amp;nbsp; Link your BB there using its a/c no. starting with 'GB'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: Responding to your last post,&amp;nbsp;"Link a Product" is on the Manage page you showed us earlier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks - my browser (Firefox &amp;amp; Win 11) will not fully load the URL shown in your screenshot: &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/exp/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/exp/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The browser is stuck in a repetitive loop of about a second for each cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have managed to register my Broadband service with EE, so the original access to billing query is now resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
