      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon wonder if anyone can help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid my mobile phone bill but it is saying I still owe it and says payment never went through but it has come out of my account and can see the transaction any ideas how to fix this can’t seem to get through on phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is worth checking to see if the payment is showing as a completed transaction or a pending transaction with your bank.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is pending, it would be set aside by the bank due to the payment being attempted, but may not be taken.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is completed, you would need to speak to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;billing guides&lt;/A&gt; so they can bring up your account and look into this further for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend texting BILL to 150 to check the balance there.&lt;/P&gt;
