    <description>&lt;P&gt;Until a month ago, I had two phone lines with Three, one for myself and one for my daughter. Both of the contracts expired in May and so I moved my own line over to EE, which was completed on 18th May when my number was ported over. My daughters contract finished on the end of May so I've been looking to move her number over as well. However, when I try and look at SIM-Only deals, I get told that I am not able to take out another line at the moment and need to ring or visit a store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I visited a store a couple of weeks ago but they told me I just needed to wait 30 days and I would be able to take a new line out, as doing it before that 30 days would need another credit check. However, the 30 days have now passed and I am still being told I can't take one out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what the restriction is for, and how long I need to wait or do I need to actually call and arrange this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
