      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my bill was supposed to be 37 or something like this and i have been already told when i was buying the contract that i dont need roaming or any extra charges then u guys have charged me £57 specially when u r on visit and u r pocket is tight.with out my consent its totally unfair i need explanation for this either refund me extras or merged into new bills contract is contract and u guys even on request i dont any extras when i need request then why u over charged me it will be more helpful if u give me proper explanation ans my refund as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
