Want to make payment

Dear Someone in billing,

I've been trying to contact EE for several months now. I had an account with EE and due to non-payment as i had lost my job and moved abroad, my account was blocked and moved to debt recollection. I've been trying to contact both agencies for making payment but it has all been futile. Please contact me, i would like to finish my debt with EE.

I am currently abroad, so i cannot make international calls and you don't seem to have an email address or live chat option to speak to a customer service advisor. Please reach out to me so I can get in touch with someone to settle this.

There's nobody in billing here. No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

EE provide no email contact. As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app as "Talk to us".

My account has been closed on my app, my final bill isn't even being generated. But the payment option does come up, but the page just takes forever to come and im not able to move to the payment page. There is no option of live chat. I didn't want to put my personal details on the community forum unless I've been approached by someone from the team on how to reach out. I'm currently abroad so i can't make international calls at the moment. Is there any other available options to get in touch with EE?

904 pounds. I had a phone contract with them.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
