To be fair the product worked, however it was overpriced, this may be due to the (scam) scam transfer from BT. What I found impossible to rectify was the problem of not receiving bills or details and my monthly increasing regularly without prior notice. I stopped my direct debit a few days ago well after my last payment on 20/05/2026 my account ceases on 10/06:2026 and I have requested that they bill me for the period up to this date.
