Upgrading to SIM only

I’m seeing conflicting info about upgrades and wanted to sense check what I’m reading…

I’m at the end of my contract and I don’t want to get a new device. The “upgrade” page says I can get a SIM only full works plan for £36 a month… the way I read that it would replace my existing contract but when I did an online chat they said it was only if I was adding it to my plan that it was that much and instead it would cost me £43 a month… is that right? Or can they just not see the online deals?

It's great news that you want to upgrade to one of our SIM only plans.

You may have seen an additional line deal.

When you take out another line with us, we offer an additional discount for having multiple lines.

Does the plan show a 10% discount?
