Can customers suspend their mobile service?

Hi guys.

Do you know if we can ourselves suspend mobile service/contract - while keeping everything contract & number intact - or request such suspension? I think I was once told by EE but cannot be 100% sure - naturally such a suspension would mean no fees nor bills to pay.

No, EE do not allow payment holidays except for certain exceptions like service personnel.
