My Broadband & TV, plus Mobile with EE

I have broadband & TV plus mobile with EE, I used to pay monthly £36.99 + 14.50 = 51.49, but recently the price has increased to £40.76 + 17.25 = 58.01 monthly, which is 11.2% increase. I am quite concerned about the cost, and wondering if there is another cheaper alternative (e.g. just combined to one bill monthly) in order to reduce my monthly payment. Thanks a lot!

Could it be this April's contractual About annual price changes (pro-rated) which you accepted as part of your contract?

The detailed breakdown of your bill should show the time periods these extra charges are for.

Home BB & mobile have separate billing.

Thanks for your reply, I'm not sure whether I have accepted as part of my contract, but I have not signed any agreement yet, or perhaps it's an automatic change for all? I only signed a contract with EE in March 2025.

I heard of the EE one, but not sure how it works. Is it ok for me to upgrade to it?

As @XRaySpeX mentioned this is likely to be your first bill since the annual price increase which takes place in March each year. Depending on when you signed up in 2025 your mobile bill would increase by £2.50 or £1.50 and the broadband would be £3 or £4 increase.

You can see the dates and details on this page. Based on your figures its likely been a £2.50 mobile increase and £3 broadband increase.

What has likely happened on this bill is that the price has changed part way through the month leading to the bill being slightly more expensive than the £2.50/3. But that would just effect the first bill since the change.

EE One is the name for the exclusive benefits you get from being both an EE mobile and EE broadband customer, both accounts do need to be linked to the same EEID/online account to be eligible. The main benefits are exclusive discounts on your mobile plans and unlimited data on your mobile plans.

If you signed up to both at the same time you likely already benefit from both the discount and unlimited data on your mobile plan. You should be able to see the discount on your bill or in your plan benefits listed in the add-ons section of your online account

Many thanks for your reply and clarification. I did sign up to both an EE mobile and EE broadband at the same time in March 2025 for a 2-year contract, which included a £20 discount already.
