    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I changed from pay to pay £10 a month by DD ok and for what I get been very pleased until now have just been notified my next mobile bill will be £16 have put up with the increases over the time but this going over the top anyone know how I can get out of this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260980"&gt;@Retired70&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you still within your contract term ? &amp;nbsp;If not you can upgrade an upgrade doesn’t mean a more expensive tariff it’s just a new tariff. &amp;nbsp; Best to call customer support about this and see what they can offer you. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Contracts are subject to a yearly price increase and there’s nothing you can do about this you just need to make sure your on a tariff that your happy with at the start knowing that the yearly price increase is going to be £2.50 and you’ll be subject to 2 of these before you can upgrade again to a different tariff. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
