&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your upgrade and I can understand your concern. It sounds like an additional line may have been added to your account, instead of an upgrade, which will be why you have a new number. I'd recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;reaching back out to the team&lt;/A&gt; and querying which lines are active on your account.&lt;/P&gt;
