@martin2212 : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

It says I've changed my direct debit date to many times however I just need to change the actual bank details and I can't click to do that. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi @Rebecca243

If you have a pending date change, or a DD that is due to go out in the next couple of days, it won't be possible to change the bank details online until it has completed.

In the mean time you can contact our customer service team where a guide will be able to manually update the details for you.
