topic End of Contract Discount in Contracts & Billing

Will my 10% discount still be applied when my 24 month contract ends and I start the 30 day rolling contract? I got it because I was with BT before they moved me to EE. A loyalty bonus. Is it possible to turn the 30 day rolling contract in to a 24 month contract with benefits for doing so?

It's all the same contract. These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
