      <title>Obtaining PDF copy of a bill</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally I log in to the EE website on a windows PC, choose Billing and Payments, and download a copy of the bill in PDF format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(a) there's no longer a Billing and Payments option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(b) following the relevant link suggested on another post&amp;nbsp; produces the following error:&amp;nbsp;Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(c) and the app is also down&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Carrier pigeon? Message in a bottle?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
