topic Upgrading online in Contracts & Billing

I think when you upgrade online weather that's through the app or website EE should give EE customers the option to choose if they want a normal subsidy traditional plan contract or a flex pay contract when it comes to upgrading to a new phone plan contract online not just give you the flex pay option and basically make you go on flex pay contract when upgrading online. I'm upgrading in a few weeks and will have to speak to EE to upgrade to a subsidy traditional contract when i should be able to choose between flex pay contract or a normal subsidy tradiional contract to do it online myself.

Thanks for the feedback here, @Paul_LFC20.

I don't believe this is an option at the moment, but I do see your point and will certainly feed this back as something to look at in the future.

As you mentioned, in the meantime it should still be possible to look over traditional subsidy plans if you give our team a call 😊
