      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my direct debits, and need to inform you of a new account for them to be paid from. Where and how do I do this? Emails seem to be 'no reply'.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4963895"&gt;@MonnyR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE will likely text you becase they will receive a notification that the DD is cancelled. If your bill is due and you default this may impact your credit file and therefore it is important you contact EE on 150 or follow the links posted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
