      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently acquired a new phone with EE. I had only just come out of hospital and I clearly wasn’t in my right mind. I have been mis sold a galaxy tablet either a second contract phone line I don’t need or want but am now paying for . No matter how your salesman wraps this deal up it’s not in my best interests . I realise in store there’s no 14 day cooling off period and my phone is all up and running now . I will take this on the chin and put it down to my stupidity but once these contracts are expired I will never do business with EE again . &amp;nbsp;And I will earn my friends and family not to step inside an EE store as EE is clearly not to be trusted .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They said nothing they can do I signed the contract. It’s a scam to make money for EE. I will just take it on the chin put it down to my stupidity and once my contracts are up with EE I will never set foot in an EE store or use EE services. What I should have done is buy my own phone direct from Apple Store then used EE £10 month SIM. Instead I’m paying £18 for the phone and £37 for two sims and a tablet I don’t need or want . I had just come out of hospital in pain killers and clearly I was easy prey.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who exactly is "they" who said nothing can be done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The complaints process allows for referral to external arbitration via Ombudsman Services if you are unhappy with the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The manager of the store . I know about the procedure and I could proceed to use it but to be honest I don’t want the hassle . It’s my stupid mistake and I have to own it. It’s interesting in that I didn’t get a how did we do survey from them this time asking me what I thought of the in store service . It’s a scam. The more I read about it the more I realise . I just can’t be bothered to fight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's entirely your choice, but personally it seems a little odd to be willing to pay £37/month (as I understand) - almost £900 over 2 years, over perhaps 30minutes filling in a couple of complaints webforms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst pleasing to see some people being prepared to take responsibility (an attitude many could learn from), this does slightly feel like it's gone too far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your choice at the end of the day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
