The charges to bill are made against your phone no. Does your new phone have the same phone no. as you had last month?

Was your new phone an upgrade with EE?

Last month I purchased YouTube Music premium through the Google play store on my Samsung and used the EE Charge to bill feature which says it'll put the charges on phone bill. My problem being I've just got my new phone today this month and the charges are nowhere to be seen it's my standard chagres every month and It did go through payment wise because I've been using it all month?

Welcome to the Community, @JoshuaOsika02.

Depending on when your phone bill is produced and when this was added, you may still be a month behind.

All EE bills will always be produced on the same date each month, and then debited on or just after 8 days later, and if you added the charge in that 8 days window between the bill and debit date, it won't show til the following month.
