    <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds as though you have agreed to an Additional Line Agreement as opposed to an Upgrade Agreement in this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would be best speaking to EE Customer Services on 150 about this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you not informed via email message or letter stating that you are out if contract i am going through this at the moment. i took out a new contract for a different device in store at the same time of my other device ending. i knew my price would go up due to getting the latest phone however the other device is still active and they have been charging me for £53 per month for the last 18mths. this contract was took out in 2022 and can not find contract i have asked for this information and they are refusing me access to my contract saying they only send it once&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
