I made a call from my mobile, to a Switzerland number. This call was to Swiss Air. The call lasted 16 minutes and I have been charged on my EE bill £30.94. This seems very excessive! Is this normal?

How do I find out the cost making a call to this number from my EE mobile number as I think this is really expensive?

That's not right! Calling a Swiss no. from UK on contract costs 24p / min. So it should have cost you at most £4.08. You'd have to be on the phone for 2h 9m for it to cost £30.96. Query the charge with CS.

You can look up International Call charges from UK in Call Abroad from the UK

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.16 pm for those on contract or free for some legacy PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates.
