      <description>&lt;P&gt;From the sounds of it, you've finished paying back the device loan element of the FlexPay plan and thus just have the airtime element running - can you confirm?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, then providing the airtime element has reached the minimum-term then yes, you can change that to another SIM-only plan if you find one that suits you better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply .i have been trying all day to get my airtime plan reduced and ee keep&amp;nbsp; telling me they i cnt because my device plan is still open .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe they are in the wrong&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2975525"&gt;@Royarch&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yes you can change the airtime plan regardless if the device plan is still active for another 12 months. &amp;nbsp; The new airtime plan will not come into effect until you have completed the full contract term of the current airtime tariff though. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
