I will be leaving EE this Autumn because of their high prices. I'd leave now if I wasn't tied into a contract. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years but this means nothing to them. They'd rather get an extra £30 a year from me by putting my SIM only contract up £2.50 a month to cover their network costs when I hardly use anything but WIFI (with a different network) Shows how much they value long term customers. Tried to find a resolution by calling them. They didn't want to know so I'm off and I won't be back. No skin off my nose. Quite the opposite. Have always praised this company but I guess it's gone to the dogs now. Shame.

Hi @Sire89

I believe all main networks have a annual price increase. Note your WiFi comment but how you use your contract and services is your decision. Have you considered changing your SIM only tariff?

If not and you have decided to go then good luck with your new network.

Thanks
