      <title>Please Help!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help me, I am extremely worried and don’t know what to do.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently got an EE SIM on contract, but I truly did not understand that international calls were not included in my plan. Before this, I was using Three and Lebara, and international calls were included in my package. Because of that, I honestly believed it would be the same with EE. This was a genuine misunderstanding on my part.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have now been told that I owe £630 for international calls, and my SIM has been restricted. I am completely shocked and very scared. I cannot afford to pay £630. It is a huge amount of money for me, and I simply do not have it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did not make these calls intentionally knowing they were chargeable. If I had known they were not included, I would never have made them. This was an honest mistake, not misuse.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am begging for help and understanding. Please, is there any way EE can review this and waive or reduce the charges as a gesture of goodwill? I am willing to cooperate fully and find a solution, but I genuinely cannot pay this amount. It is causing me severe stress and anxiety.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you need to deactivate my SIM, please do that, but I cannot pay this bill. I am really pleading for help and understanding.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If anyone has advice or has been through something similar, please guide me.
