&lt;P&gt;I can imagine it's concerning when you've received an email saying that you've not paid your bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend checking the sender's email address, just to make sure that the email is a genuine email from EE.&lt;/P&gt;
