Please try again later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Throughout my time with EE, both the app and the website have been unreliable, and I have been unable to view my account information properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I have already switched to another service provider, could you please advise how I can check and pay my final bill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue has been happening since I left EE, and up to this moment I am still unable to access my final bill. I have also not received any information or notification regarding my final bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can imagine it's frustrating for you when you're unable to access your bill, and you're getting an error message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling your app, then give it another try please?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will make sure that you have the latest version of the app, and tends to solve any technical issues.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but the same error message still appears:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We can’t load this information. Not your fault, it’s ours.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When using the website, clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;View my final bill&lt;STRONG&gt;,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;causes the page to load indefinitely without opening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise what I should do. I need to access my final bill to avoid a late-payment charge, as this issue is beyond my control.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find this situation very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
