      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I've had my phone for nearly a year,(nothing 3a) and no updates, and nobody in store or on the phone knows what to do, obviously there has been no security updates since February last year, and android 16, maybe it's time to change my phone to one that does get updates.and cancel my contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
