      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I last upgraded my phone contract in August 2024 and share an account with my dad who is the bill payer, I am looking to see if/what I can upgrade to (if I remember correctly my contract included upgrade anytime) but I can't view upgrade prices or options on the website or app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to view it, its says "If you want to upgrade one of your plans, please call us on 150 from your EE mobile".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to view the options online or will I have to go into an ee store, as I very rarely have the time to sit on a phone call and discuss my options - I find it easier to see it all laid out on a screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
