      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been in a dispute with EE for nearly a month now about returning a device through an upgrade after being told after via text chat I can keep it, I have no been cut off from my connection, it’s currently 18:15 and I have no way of contacting them, this is disgusting and this company is a joke. If anyone has a number for someone I can contact it would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it’s says they’re closed when I call even though their times are until 9pm online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t call, text or use data it’s disgusting. My mother is in hospital and on my phone plan so she is without calls and internet. Apparently they closed at 6pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks anyway&lt;/P&gt;</description>
