If you select option 1 when calling you will get a text back to use our visual menu and just select the option to talk to someone about your bill. Or you can press option 2 when you call to use the traditional audio menu to select who you need to talk to. They will be able to check regarding the text message you received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
