Hi I was out of country and I was charged three times in December 2025. It is auto deducted, how to get refund for the amount.

HiI was in India and my account got auto debit for 15 gbp three times. I never used roaming services as I have my phone in India . I think this is by mistake, it got multiple debits.

I'm sorry to hear about this confusion.

Have all of these payments cleared, or are they showing as pending in your bank?

Does your account show a £45 balance?

All the payments are clear and now my account is showing 29.50 credit, it’s 15 per month and auto debit 27 of every month. In dec by mistake 45 gbp were cut.
